Before Euro 2020 kicked off, it was the usual suspects being tipped for the Golden Boot and while some of the favourites have hit the ground running, others have endured a slow start to the tournament.
Harry Kane was originally the man to beat according to the bookies, but he has plummeted down the pecking order after failing to score in his opening three matches.
The England captain has struggled to get into his goalscoring groove thus far, but the same cannot be said of Cristiano Ronaldo who is one ahead in the golden boot race after scoring five times already.
Ronaldo also has an assist to his name which could be a decisive factor, but now Portugal are out there is a chance he could be caught.

Correct as of 2 July
One man who has burst onto the scene is Patrik Schick, the Czech Republic star who scored a brilliant double – a header and a 50-yard screamer – against Scotland and followed that up with a penalty against Croatia and goal against the Netherlands.
Cristiano Ronaldo – 8-11
Ronaldo is ahead with three of his goals coming from the penalty spot, but players still in the tournament are in hot pursuit. With France out, Karim Benzema cannot catch him, however.
Patrik Schick – 4-1
Schick’s odds have shortened after he scored against the Netherlands, and with Ronaldo out the Bayer Leverkusen striker could go level with one goal against Denmark in the quarter-final.
Raheem Sterling – 7-1
Scorer of England’s first three goals, Raheem Sterling has been their hero at Wembley, and if they remain in the tournament beyond the quarters he will remain in contention to overtake Ronaldo. That’s why Harry Kane, with one goal so far, remains at 25-1 to win the Golden Boot.
Romelu Lukaku – 9-1
Lukaku got off to a flying start, netting twice as Belgium thrashed Russia 3-0 in their opening game and added his third of the competition against Finland after having an effort controversially ruled offside. A fourth came from the penalty spot against Italy.
