The longest of Premier League seasons is drawing to a close, and there is plenty to be decided on the final day this Sunday.
Liverpool are champions, runners-up Manchester City are guaranteed a Champions League place next season, while Norwich City are relegated.
Those are the only certainties going into the last round of fixtures on 26 July, with a nail-biting afternoon in store.
As is tradition for the final day, all matches kick-off simultaneously, meaning by around 6pm BST on Sunday, we will know which two teams are joining Liverpool and Manchester City in the top four, and which duo are going down with Norwich.
There is also the Europa League places to sort out, although it is not yet clear whether seventh will secure a spot in the competition as Arsenal could book their place in Europe if they win the FA Cup final against Chelsea on 1 August.

Final-day permutations
Leicester’s match against Manchester United on Sky Sports Main Event is seen as a “Champions League play-off”, with victory for either side guaranteeing a place in the top four.
Chelsea are currently fourth and looking to secure a place in the Champions League as well when taking on Wolves.
It means one of United, Chelsea or Leicester will finish fifth and must settle for a Europa League spot, joining either Wolves or Spurs in that European competition, while it could yet be both if Arsenal lose the FA Cup final.
At the other end of the table, Bournemouth and Watford are in the bottom three and will be hoping results go their way with Aston Villa the only other side who could get relegated.
After West Ham secured safety on Wednesday, we know two of Bournemouth, Watford and Villa will join Norwich in the Championship next season.
