After another instalment of League Cup action on Tuesday and Wednesday evening, it will be time to see what ties chance gifts us. The Carabao Cup’s fourth round draw is looming, with a lot to live up to after providing a contest as big as Liverpool vs Chelsea in the third round.
It may be seen as a complication and a hindrance by coaches facing a congested fixture list, but glory in this competition is undoubtedly a huge prize to others seeking a piece of silverware that has been given extra credibility by Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City side going all the way last campaign.

Holders Manchester City are the favourites to lift the trophy once again at 5/1. Manchester United are second-favourites at 7/1, while Liverpool come in at 8/1 and Tottenham are valued at 10/1.
