FA Cup 2nd round draw: date, time, fixtures, and how to watch on TV and live stream

The FA Cup second round draw will take place early next week, signalling the first departures of League One and Two sides from the competition.

The draw will be conducted by former Middlesbrough and Fulham goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer and Brighton & Hove Albion striker Glenn Murray.

The minnows among the 40 teams drawn in the second round will need to progress only one round further to attain a possible cash-cow fixture in the form of a Premier League side.

Here’s everything you need to know about the draw:

When is the draw?

The draw will take place from 7pm on Monday 12 November.

How can I watch it?

It will be broadcast live on BBC Two ahead of the first round tie between Hampton & Richmond Borough and Oldham Athletic at The Beveree. You can watch the draw on television or stream it on the BBC iPlayer.

When are the fixtures?

The second round is scheduled to take place over the weekend of Friday 30 November.

Each club winning will receive £54,000 from the FA prize fund and will advance to the third round, when the draw is expanded to Premier League clubs.
