Everton vs Tottenham Hotspur: Kick-off time, how to watch on TV and online, team news, expected line-ups and odds

Spurs return to Premier League action after a victorious north London derby in the Carabao Cup, hoping to build upon their recent good form and ignore the rumours circulating around manager Mauricio Pochettino and Old Trafford.

They’ll fancy their odds, considering Everton have not beaten them in the league in the past 12 attempts. However, Richarlison will be a man to watch out for, with four goals in his last four matches at Goodison Park.

After a strong start to the season Everton will be concerned by a patchy run of results, albeit against good sides. Losses against Liverpool and Manchester City, and draws with Chelsea, Newcastle and Watford, mean the Toffees have only won one match of the past six.

Everton’s squad is largely healthy, although James McCarthy and Idrissa Gueye are fighting for match fitness ahead of Sunday’s game. Should Gueye fail to recover in time, Tom Davies may start in a midfield pair alongside Andre Gomes.

Tottenham, meanwhile, have increasing concerns in midfield, with Victor Wanyama, Eric Dier and Mousa Dembele all ruled out. Vincent Janssen, Jan Vertonghen and Serge Aurier are all likewise injured, while Davinson Sanchez is close to a return – although Ben Davies will likely play at centre-back if he doesn’t quite make it in time from his hamstring injury.
