Parks and town centres across England have erupted after Kieran Tripper put England 1-0 up against Croatia in the World Cup semi-final.
The full-back scored a free-kick just five minutes into the game after Luka Modric brought down Dele Alli on the edge of the penalty area.
Fans could be seen jumping in the air and spraying drinks in celebration in Hyde Park, London.
30,000 fans are thought to have gathered in one of the capital’s biggest parks to watch the match.
A video of the moment has already been watched more than one million times in half an hour on Twitter.

8,000 fans are gathered in Castlefield, Manchester, where the match is being screened.
Similar scenes erupted at the early goal, with football fans leaping for joy as “GOAL” flashed up in giant letters on the screen.

England remain 1-0 up against Croatia as they enter the second half.
It is the first semi-final since 1990 for the English football team. Croatia did not exist in 1990.
