The end of the Champions League group stage is fast approaching, which can only mean one thing – the knockout draws are nearly here. Oh yes.
No more thumpings in mismatched groups – from here on out it is only big boy fixtures.
In terms of English representation in the latter stages, Manchester City and Manchester United are qualified but it is yet to be decided whether they will go through as winners or runners up in the group stage. Tottenham and Liverpool can still qualify, but face uphill struggles against Barcelona and Napoli.

The first leg of the Round of 16 will take place on:
- Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 February
- Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 February
The second leg will take place on:
- Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 March
- Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 March
After these are completed, the draw for the quarter and semi finals will be on 15 March.
